TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Introduction
By participating in the CFAC Art Olympiad 2024, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. CFAC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Eligibility
Participants must be between 4-18 years of age. Entries must be original works created by the participant.

3. Submission Guidelines
All submissions must be made through the official CFAC website. Entries must adhere to the specified themes and formats. CFAC is not responsible for lost or damaged submissions.

4. Artwork Submission
• Participants are responsible for submitting original artwork that complies with copyright laws. • CFAC reserves the right to disqualify any artwork that violates intellectual property rights or contains inappropriate content.

5. Awards
• Award winners will receive the specified prizes and certificates. • CFAC reserves the right to modify or cancel awards if necessary.

6. Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, participants grant CFAC the right to use, display, and promote their artwork in any media without further compensation. Participants retain the copyright of their work.

7. Privacy
Participant information will be used solely for the purpose of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

8. Judging Process
• The judging process is final, and no appeals will be entertained. • CFAC's decision regarding shortlisting and awards is binding.

9. Disqualification
CFAC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms, or any entry found to be plagiarized or offensive.

10. Limitation of Liability
CFAC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of participation in the competition. This includes any issues related to internet connectivity, submission errors, or loss of data.

11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of India.

12. Agreement
By submitting an entry, participants agree to these terms and conditions.

• Kindly ensure to regularly monitor your email inbox subsequent to form submission. All notification about art olympiad 2024 and the link of 2nd round of the Google Meet sessions will be dispatched to you via email.
